A Long History of Fine Accommodation in Grizebeck, Kirkby-in-Furness:

As a 300 year old Cumbrian Coaching Inn, we at the Greyhound are proud of our reputation as a friendly Hotel and Restaurant in the Kirkby-in-Furness area of the Lake District.

Set in idyllic surroundings, we receive visitors from many countries to experience the delights of the Furness peninsula and the Lake District.

A full English or Vegetarian Breakfast at the Greyhound sets the visitor up for a day exploring the Cumbria countryside, then back to sample the selection of Real Ales & Home-Cooked Meals from the Restaurant menu.

Community Pub:

In January 2009 the Greyhound Inn was taken over by the community of Grizebeck and has been run as a community enterprise with the aim of making the Greyhound a friendly, inclusive pub supporting local suppliers and local events.
